Our tea ceremony

Kaiseki dishes in Autumn

Our authentic tea ceremony is not only for drinking green tea. It also includes a Kaiseki meal and sake. Kaiseki is a full course meal prepared especially for the tea ceremony. We provide the highest class Kaiseki dishes, prepared by chef Yoshida Sanso, and fine sake which is not available outside of Japan.

The green tea and Japanese sweets are also the best you can find in Japan. Seasonal sweets are not only delicious but also beautiful. They are made of natural ingredients and do not contain any chemical seasoning. You can enjoy the greatest food and drinks in Japan at our tea ceremony.

The tableware and goods are objects of art. One of the concepts of the tea ceremony is to enjoy the meal and tea surrounded by objects of art which attract your attention and invite you into the zen mind. Various artistically crafted items from all eras are arranged beautifully for you to enjoy.
